Best sushi in Kelowna! I lived in Kelowna for 5 years for my undergrad and this has been my go-to place for sushi. I highly recommend the creamy crunchy tuna, Alaska, and dynamite rolls and spicy miso soup. The best out there. I’ve tried almost everything on their menu and they’re all 10/10.

Delicious Sushi, perfect texture with a burst of flavour! The staff: Caiya, Shelby, Kevin and the whole team were so INCREDIBLE. They took the time to really tune into the detail to ensure everything was Gluten Free. So kind and even brought a special birthday dessert for my husband. Wow, this is definitely a place we will return to and recommend! Hands down 5 stars!

I had an amazing time dining here at Bluetail Sushi. This is the best sushi in town. The sashimi is amazing and the rolls are delicious. The prawn tempuras are unreal too. Definitely would recommend checking this spot out.

Wow incredible meal. Took my grandparents here and the quality was exceptional. So many options for specialty rolls. Service was so friendly and food came so quick.

We had very good service. There were a lot of takeouts but our food came to us very quickly. The food was well prepared in fresh. The rolls were delicious. Also had chicken teriyaki, yam rolls, spicy crispy rice tuna rolls and belly rolls. The tea was hot. The miso was hot and tasty.

Many Japanese places to choose from but the name wasn't your typical ending in -shi. The outside is deceiving. Once you open the doors, it is cosy, professional, and definitely not a fast food take out joint. Impressed that they ser bed rice separate from the chicken terriyaki, this way, you get to accentuate the flavour of each bite. Not sure how, ask me how. The wife has never had tempura and ate most of mine. Overall, very impressed and I would go back

Great value, lovely quiet, private booth and intimate, low-light atmosphere. Staff attentive. Great selection. Separated out the gluten free sushi rolls from the regular for the sake of our one gluten-free person, wow!! They also got her a gluten free soy sauce bottle, another wow! Everything tasted fresh and perfectly crispy. The scorpion roll was PERFECTLY spicy. Miso soup was also perfectly seasoned. Goma-ae presented in fun, bite-size rolls - easier to eat than the regular bowl. The outside of this place looks unassuming, but it was worth it, for sure. Thank you, Bluetail!
